If I jump in my pool & open my eyes, I can see all the way to the bottom. I can even see the sides of my pool. Sometimes I can see my brother, when he is in front of me & not sneaking up on me. So why is it when I'm driving down the road & it is raining, that I need windshield wipers to see?
